1.) Can I visit your shop?

We are happy to advise you in our shop at Berlin. We are daily in our shop but ask you to make an appointment in advance.

We deliver to the most countries of the world. For the costs please see shipping costs

3.) Do you have a minimum order?

No, we deliver without a minimum order.

4.) Do you deliver to a separate delivery address?

During the ordering process you have the possibility to insert a special delivery address. Please mark the box below the invoice address.

5.) How can I pay?

Easy and safe you can pay your purchase with credit card - Visacard, Mastercard or American Express. You authorize your payment and the payment will be booked on the date of shipment. Since we use the security systems of “Mastercard secure” and “Verified by Visa” your personal PIN for the card is necessary. In case you had not set your PIN you will be asked to set it during the payment procedure.
You can pay via bank transfer in advance. We will provide the necessary data for international transfers. We do not take over the transfer costs but give you 5% discount for this payment method.
Cash on delivery is possible only for Germany. DHL asks 2,00 surcharge for the service.

6.) How do you ship my order?

Inside of Germany we ship with Deutsche Post DHL, to all other countries we ship with FedEx.
For all deliveries you receive an e-mail with the tracking link. In special cases we might not comply with these guidelines.
in all cases you order comes fully insured without any risk.

7.) I did not receive a receipt of my order.

Probably you typed your email address wrong or our receipt confirmation had been deleted by your anti-spam software. In case of doubts please use the contact form or give us a call.

8.) I do not find the bank account data for prepayment in the order confirmation.

The complete data for the prepayment you will get with your order confirmation as soon your order is processed. The order confirmation is an arrival notice only.
